Front of House Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a warm and welcoming Front of House Assistant to join our team at Bannatyne Health Club. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in setting the tone for their entire experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Deal with emails, phone calls, and face-to-face queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and light snacks, if applicable.
  • Manage spa bookings and appointments, ensuring a smooth scheduling process.
  • Handle guest inquiries, providing information about spa services, treatments, and products.
  • Process payments and maintain the reception area in a clean and tidy state.
  • Assist with the promotion of spa services, special offers, and retail products.
  • Coordinate with Spa Therapists and other staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Log all visitors to the site, including contractors and guest passes.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
  • A genuine passion for health, wellness, and customer service.
  • Excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
  • The ability to establish rapport, build trust, and demonstrate credibility.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
