Spa Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team at Bristol Harbour Hotel. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and treatments to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience for each and every visit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality treatments, including massage, body treatments, and facials, to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Consult with clients to understand their personal needs and preferences, and tailor treatments accordingly.
  • Support the management team in maximizing revenue through effective diary management, upselling, and proactive selling.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experience.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 qualification in a relevant field.
  • Experience in Elemis and TEMPLESPA training would be a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and welcoming approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
