About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Traffic Marshal to join our team at PSR Solutions. As a Traffic Marshal, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of traffic on site, as well as managing access control and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a salary of £25,000 per annum, paid weekly, and enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule, with working hours from 07:00 AM to 18:00 PM.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities as a Traffic Marshal will include:

  • Banking and marshalling traffic entering the site
  • Managing access control at the gate
  • Coordinating with deliveries and logistics teams
  • Assisting labourers with tasks as required
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Traffic Marshal or in a similar position
  • 2 x references from previous Traffic Marshal roles
  • Full PPE (we can provide if required)
  • NPORS Ticket with Telehandler
