Your Role:

Duck & Waffle is seeking a skilled Pastry Chef de Partie to contribute to our vibrant kitchen team. As a key member of our brigade, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pastries and desserts according to our specifications and time standards.

Your Responsibilities:

- Prepare all food items at the station to our exacting standards.
- Maintain and follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
- Coordinate the delivery of all foods within pre-set time standards.
- Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, coolers, and all storage areas.

Your Requirements:

- Previous experience working as a Pastry Chef de Partie or higher.
- Experience working with similar cuisine.
- Great English language communication skills with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to maintain and follow recipes, processes and standards.
- Drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team.
- Flexible availability, working any 4 days a week between Monday – Sunday.
