The right candidate for this role at Talent Guardian will be a skilled CRM Lead, responsible for leading the development of a comprehensive CRM strategy that bolsters customer retention, loyalty, and increases lifetime value.

The Mission:
  • Strategic Architect: Develop a CRM strategy that drives customer engagement and retention.
  • Data Commander: Analyze customer behavior and create personalized, data-driven campaigns across email, SMS, and loyalty platforms.
  • Automation Specialist: Design automated workflows for onboarding, re-engagement, win-back, and loyalty campaigns.
  • Tactical Analyst: Track and measure CRM performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Optimization Expert: Refine campaigns through A/B testing and data analysis.
  • Data Guardian: Uphold data accuracy and ensure compliance with GDPR.
  • Cross-Team Collaborator: Align CRM efforts with broader business objectives.

Required Capabilities:

  • Experience: At least 3-5 years in CRM, email marketing, or a related field.
  • Technical Mastery: Proficiency in platforms like Klaviyo, BI/Data stacks, and loyalty apps.
  • Analytical Precision: Ability to extract insights and drive strategic decisions.
  • Operational Excellence: Skilled in juggling multiple projects and maintaining flawless execution.
