Leisure Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Leisure Assistant to join our team at Village Hotel Club. As a Leisure Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring our public areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in public areas, including the gym, studios, and poolside.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the leisure facilities.
  • Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues to the relevant team members.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
