About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Leisure Assistant to join our team at Village Hotel Club. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our public areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for our guests.

As a Leisure Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of our facilities, including the gym, studios, and pool area. You will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring our members have a fantastic experience every time they visit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our public areas, including the gym, studios, and pool area.
  • Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, including equipment and furniture.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver a high-quality experience for our guests.
  • Assist with the implementation of new initiatives and projects to improve our facilities and services.
