Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Merchandiser to join our team at u&i Search. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for allocating stock to stores, reviewing daily replenishment, and developing auto-replenishment rules.

About the Role
  • Allocating stock to stores, taking into account seasonal trends and demand.
  • Reviewing daily replenishment reports to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Developing and implementing auto-replenishment rules to improve efficiency.
  • Coordinating stock checks and inventory management.
  • Liaising with store managers to understand customer demands and preferences.
  • Providing feedback to the design and product development team.
  • Managing supply of uniform for store staff.
  • Working closely with the Brand merchandiser to achieve sales targets.
About You
  • You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You are proficient in using Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You are able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • You are proactive and self-motivated.
What We Offer
  • A highly competitive salary (£50,000 - £60,000 per annum).
