Rimmel Visual Merchandising Role

We are seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising expert to join our team at Coty. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering visually appealing in-store experiences for our Rimmel brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement in-store visual merchandising strategies for Rimmel across grocery and pharmacy retailers.
  2. Collaborate with the VM Leader to ensure consistency in visual merchandising execution across retailers.
  3. Maintain a strong knowledge of the market and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and news in the beauty industry.
  4. Validate global merchandising guidelines for in-store execution and ensure compliance.
  5. Own the forecast and planning of the Grocery and Pharmacy portion of the A&CP budget.
Requirements:
  • Experience in in-store strategy/merchandising or trade marketing with a passion for in-store and beauty.
  • Strong attention to detail and creative eye for aesthetics.
  • Knowledge of the beauty industry and willingness to stay aware of the latest trends and news.
  • Analytical thinking and numerical skills for creating outstanding presentations.
  • Budget management experience.
