Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing all health and safety aspects within our divisions.

The successful candidate will have experience in the manufacturing industry and possess excellent communication skills. They will also be required to maintain training records and plans for all departmental resources, provide effective internal communication, and document monthly H&S reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage training records and plans for all departmental resources.
  • Provide effective internal communication and coordination with site and production managers.
  • Prepare and circulate monthly H&S reports for discussion and review.
  • Monitor and manage budget spend of H&S processes and procedures.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of H&S processes and procedures within a manufacturing environment.
  • IOSH managing safety certificates or equivalent.
  • Excellent influencing skills and ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Commercial awareness of the textile industry and products would be an advantage.
