Business Intelligence Expert

This key role at thisisnoa is designed for someone who is passionate about data analysis and business improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, project management expertise, and hands-on experience in software testing, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer and business needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from key stakeholders (clients, product owners, and internal teams).
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Conduct gap analysis, workflow analysis, and process improvement studies.

Project Management Skills:

  • Plan, execute, and manage multiple fintech projects concurrently, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and communication with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the fintech or financial services sector.
  • Proven experience in business analysis, project management, and software testing in Agile environments.
