Education Specialist for Challenging Behaviour

We are seeking an experienced Education Specialist to join our team at Thrive Group, working in a secondary school based in Fazakerley. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children who display challenging behaviour.
This is a full-time position, running for at least 12 months, with working hours from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM. We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Role:
- Provide education and support to students with challenging behaviour.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop strategies for managing behaviour.
- Contribute to the development of behaviour management plans and implement them effectively.
About You:
- Must have experience working with children who display challenging behaviour.
- Hold QTLS or equivalent qualifications.
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
