Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is £12.84 per hour (Level 3) or £12.37 per hour (Level 2), with opportunities for annual salary reviews.

About the Role

As a Bank Staff Member, you will play a vital role in supporting the nursery team in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. Your responsibilities will include engaging children in entertaining and educational play activities, encouraging their development towards key milestones, and ensuring their safety throughout the day.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with children (ideal but not essential)
  • Possession of a sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding principles
  • Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
  • Flexibility and adaptability
