Child Development Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Professional to join our team at Bright Horizons Phoenix Day Nursery and Preschool in Brentwood, Essex.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to young children, promoting their development towards key milestones. We are looking for an individual with a passion for early years education and a commitment to providing exceptional care.
Salary Range: £27,800 - £30,800 per annum (dependent on qualification and experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy, and safe environment
- To develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and children
- To contribute to the planning and implementation of activities that meet the needs of all children
Requirements:
- A full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working with children is essential
- Able to use a variety of communication techniques with children and adults
