About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialty Doctor to join our Paediatrics team at Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to our patients, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical care to patients with a range of paediatric conditions, including acute and chronic illnesses.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures, ensuring they are evidence-based and aligned with best practice.
  • Participate in teaching and training activities, sharing your expertise with junior doctors and other healthcare professionals.
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care.
  • Collaborate with other departments and services to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
