About the Role

This Senior Recovery Practitioner position requires recent experience in Substance Misuse, Substance Abuse, Addiction, Drug and Alcohol, Needle Exchange, or Recovery. You will work effectively with stakeholders across London, including community treatment agencies, hostel, day centre, and outreach teams, community and faith groups, and inpatient detox and rehab providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outreach and in-reach support to people who sleep rough in London, improving their readiness to access drug and alcohol treatment.
  • Work flexibly, including occasional early morning, evening, or weekend working.

Requirements
  • Recent experience in Substance Misuse, Substance Abuse, Addiction, Drug and Alcohol, Needle Exchange, or Recovery.
