Job Title: Children and Young People Practitioner

Service Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children and Young People Practitioner to join our team. As a leading provider of substance misuse services, we empower individuals to break the chain of addiction and substance abuse.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced practitioner who can deliver workshops in schools and universities, working with young people up to the age of 25. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of substance misuse services and be able to provide support and guidance to our service users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Caseload management and support
  • Providing screening, assessment, and recovery plans
  • Working with young people to empower positive change in their lives
Requirements:
  • Enhanced Child and Adults DBS (within 12 months/update service registered)
  • Valid right to work
  • Most recent employment references
