We are seeking a skilled Client Relations Coordinator to become a vital member of our supportive team.

Compensation: £24,000 - £26,000 DOE
Work Schedule: Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am – 3:00pm
On-site Parking Available

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as an exceptional first point of contact for clients
  • Uphold high standards of customer care and relationship management
  • Address all inquiries via phone and email within 48 hours
  • Collaborate globally within the Customer Service Team
  • Provide administrative assistance to the UK Sales team as needed
  • Process sales orders utilizing our ERP system, Oracle JDE Enterprise One
Primary Duties
As a Client Relations Coordinator, your administrative support will include:
  • Handling incoming calls and assisting with client and patient inquiries
  • Generating sales invoices
  • Organizing daily filing of orders, invoices, and delivery documentation
  • Processing sales orders through the JDE SOP system
  • Managing inquiries in the shared orders mailbox
  • Ordering office supplies and refreshments for visitors
  • Daily processing of customer orders from the orders inbox
  • Facilitating dispatch of items requested by the sales team
  • Maintaining records of trial equipment in collaboration with the sales team
  • Acting as the primary contact for international clients
  • Issuing credits for customer returns
  • Responding to emails in your personal inbox
  • Assisting with credit control for customers on hold
  • Fielding phone calls for the broader organization
  • Coordinating lunch and refreshments for external visitors as necessary
  • Supporting the organization and administration of UK educational/study days led by the UK sales team
  • Assisting the sales team with regular updates for customers and partners
  • Performing any additional administrative tasks as required
Essential Qualifications
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills, with a minimum of GCSE Mathematics and English Language
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and diligent, with the ability to work effectively in a small team
  • High attention to detail is essential due to the nature of the business and handling of sensitive information
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Polite demeanor with a proactive attitude
  • Proficient IT skills, including experience with Sales Order Processing systems, Excel, and Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
