Sales Manager Job Description

As a Sales Manager at learndirect, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, driving sales strategies, and ensuring revenue growth. You will work on a shift basis to monitor sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to help them achieve their targets.
  • Monitor sales team performance on a shift basis to include evening and weekends and track progress against targets.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
Requirements:
  • A dynamic, results-driven leader with a passion for sales and a strong ability to motivate and guide a faculty.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
