What We're Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef who is passionate about delivering exceptional food and drink experiences. As a natural leader, you will have a proven track record of championing excellent service through quality food, and a passion for leading and developing a team. You will be an active hands-on chef with excellent communication skills, and be responsible for managing the kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Develop a Team: You will be responsible for leading and developing a team of chefs, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional food and drink experiences.
- Menu Development: You will work closely with our Head Chef to develop new menus and specials, driving innovation and excellence in our culinary offerings.
- Kitchen Operations: You will be responsible for managing the kitchen operations, including staff rota, training, and health and safety.
- Customer Experience: You will work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure that every guest has a memorable experience in our pubs.
