We are seeking a highly motivated and confident Night Concierge to join our close-knit team in Mayfair. As a Night Concierge, you will be responsible for providing a high level of service to high-end clients, ensuring the development is well-managed, safe, clean, and secure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform duties and provide concierge services as instructed by the Building Manager or Head of Hospitality.
  • Inspect internal areas daily and report defects, security, or health and safety concerns.
  • Set an example for staff members by being courteous and helpful to guests and the public.
  • Manage the reservations inbox and booking enquiries.
  • Receive and keep safe registered mail and deliveries for residents.
  • Deal with telephone enquiries and log messages.
  • Ensure the development is well-managed, safe, clean, and secure.
  • Enter relevant comments/details in the development log.
  • Log incidents or accidents correctly.
  • Fully conversant with emergency procedures and understand the building layout and equipment operation.
  • Ensure fire doors are kept closed and fire escapes and exits are clear.
  • Adopt and implement procedures as directed by Management.
  • Assist with annual fire and health and safety risk assessments.
  • Supervise keys held, ensuring they are correctly logged in and out.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of three to four years' experience as a concierge/receptionist/front of house in property or luxury hotel/hospitality.
  • Fluency in Arabic would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Well-presented with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure and remain calm during intense situations.
  • Pro-active and ability to work independently.
Working Hours and Salary:

Night shift pattern 7pm to 7am, 4 days on, 4 days off. Salary: £14/hour (equivalent to circa £32,000 per annum).
