Pay and Bill Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity to join NC Associates, a leading business based just outside of Chester. As the Pay and Bill Administrator, you will be responsible for processing all timesheets and subsequent payments to workers across various payment vehicles, producing invoices in the client's required format, and sending them to the client. You will also complete all financial reconciliation processes in a timely and accurate manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Review the brand's payroll submission and ensure that processes are completed using the appropriate technology in an accurate and timely manner.
- Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reports to each brand as required.
- Ensure the timely delivery of all requested worker payments due each week, including holiday pay.
- Ensure that all pay and bill requests are supported by relevant documents prior to action.
- Proactively resolve any payroll queries and action worker requests regarding payments, holiday pay, P45 requests, and any relevant payroll requests.
- Ensure the timely delivery of all client invoices in the required format with supporting documentation each week.
- Produce any credit notes and invoice amendments as required, following appropriate action requests.
- Regularly interact with Credit Control to resolve invoice queries and make invoice amendments within our technology platform.
- Follow guidelines, policies, and procedures in performing all areas of weekly payroll and invoice processing for several brands.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- An understanding of administration tasks.
- A professional, committed, and organized approach to work with a drive for results and a customer service focus.
