Job Title: Regional Recycling Manager

The Chest is seeking an experienced Regional Recycling Manager to oversee the development and implementation of recycling programs across East Lancashire. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in promoting sustainable waste management practices and reducing the environmental impact of our activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in waste management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders. A salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in driving environmental sustainability and social responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage regional recycling programs to meet or exceed targets for waste reduction and diversion
  • Collaborate with local authorities, community groups, and other stakeholders to promote recycling initiatives
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improving recycling rates
