We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Catering Assistant to join our team at beBee Professionals in Burnley, United Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the kitchen staff in preparing and serving high-quality food to customers in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen and dining area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Ensure all food items are stored correctly and efficiently.
- Operate kitchen equipment, including dishwashers and ovens, with precision and care.
- Contribute to stock control and restocking supplies as needed, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Support the kitchen team with food waste management and recycling initiatives.
- Previous experience in a catering or kitchen environment is highly desirable.
- Basic food hygiene knowledge, with a Food Hygiene Certificate being a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
