Job Description

As a Manufacturing Process Engineer at Expleo, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing efficient manufacturing processes for our clients in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Design and Development: Design and develop manufacturing processes that meet the requirements of our clients, ensuring high-quality products and efficient production.
  • Assembly Process Adaptation: Adapt assembly processes to meet the needs of our clients, ensuring that production is efficient and effective.
  • Tooling and Equipment Creation: Create requests for tools and equipment, and participate in the development of process sheets for assembly and validation.
  • Process Sheet Creation: Create process sheets for assembly and validation, ensuring that they meet the requirements of our clients.
  • Validation and Troubleshooting: Validate processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
Requirements:
  • Education: HNC/Degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical or Engineering.
  • Experience: Degree or equivalent relevant experience, with knowledge and experience of automotive process engineering, project management, and design and installation of manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Skills: Good communication and negotiation skills, strong cross-functional team leadership skills, and the ability to work autonomously with a hands-on approach.
