About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team at Expleo. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing manufacturing processes and procedures to ensure the efficient production of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Design and Development
    • Design and develop manufacturing processes and procedures to meet customer requirements and specifications.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process feasibility and effectiveness.
  • Assembly Process Adaptation
    • Adapt assembly processes to meet customer requirements and specifications.
    • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Tooling and Equipment Creation
    • Design and develop tools and equipment to support manufacturing processes.
    • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of tools and equipment.
  • Process Validation and Improvement
    • Validate manufacturing processes to ensure they meet customer requirements and specifications.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • Education
    • HNC/Degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical or Engineering.
  • Skills
    • High level of understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures.
    • Knowledge and experience of automotive process engineering.
    • Knowledge of Project Management.
    • Experience of design and installation of manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
    • Good computer skills with a good working knowledge of MS Office.
