About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Town Planner to join our team at Penguin Recruitment. As a Senior Town Planner, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Cardiff by overseeing and coordinating planning, development, and regeneration projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure projects align with Cardiff's strategic development goals.
  • Prepare and submit planning applications, while liaising with regulatory bodies.
  • Evaluate and recommend solutions for complex planning and zoning challenges.
  • Continuously research and stay updated on local, regional, and national planning regulations and best practices.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Urban Planning or related field.
  • Proven experience in town planning, with a track record of successful projects.
  • A strong understanding of local planning policies, regulations, and the Cardiff development landscape.
