Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Bayesian analyst to join our team as a postdoctoral research associate. This 2-year position will focus on developing and applying Bayesian statistical methods for anti-doping in elite athletes.

About the Role: The successful candidate will work closely with Professor Jim Griffin (UCL) and Professor James Hopker (Kent) to develop and implement Bayesian models for joint modeling of elite athlete performance and biomarkers. The candidate will also collaborate with leading international partners in anti-doping research to develop new methods and tools for anti-doping analysis.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Bayesian models for joint modeling of elite athlete performance and biomarkers.
- Collaborate with international partners to develop new methods and tools for anti-doping analysis.

Requirements:
- PhD in statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in R or Python.
- Experience with Bayesian modeling and longitudinal random effects models.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 per annum.
