Security Supervisor

About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of security expertise and excellent communication skills. As a Security Supervisor at The Belfry Hotel and Resorts, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests, staff, and property.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a safe and secure environment for all clients, visitors, and staff
- Liaise closely with the Head of Security to discuss issues and department operations
- Maintain accurate stock control and maintenance of security equipment
- Conduct and supervise crime investigations with the Head of Security
- Deputise for the Head of Security in their absence
- Liaise with the police on crime and crime prevention issues
- Conduct regular patrols using the Morse Watchman system
- Carry out staff searches, vehicle searches, and locker searches
- Perform outdoor duties as required
- Attend reported incidents and complete incident forms
- Ensure compliance with bomb and fire evacuation procedures
- Operate and control the CCTV system in accordance with current legislation

- SIA Badge Holder
- Background in Hospitality Security
- Confident in dealing with a wide range of situations
- Approachable and reassuring
- Able to work well as part of a team and independently
