Education and Behaviour Support Professional Role
Academics Ltd is seeking an Education and Behaviour Support Professional to join our team at a Surrey-based Primary school for children aged 4-11. The school focuses on providing a supportive and inclusive environment for all students, using restorative and therapeutic approaches to education and behaviour management.
Responsibilities:- Provide academic and pastoral support to students
- Deliver one-to-one and group sessions to develop social skills and address individual needs
- Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and have knowledge of safeguarding procedures. As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum and access to ongoing professional development opportunities.
