We are seeking a motivated and supportive Secondary Education Support Professional to join our team at Academics Ltd. In this role, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure that students receive the best possible education.

Your main responsibilities will include providing assistance and supervision for children during the school day, adapting to various tasks and needs, and working on a 1:1 basis with students if necessary. You will also be responsible for helping build confidence and motivation in students, assisting them to understand and participate in class, and managing behaviour.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience of supporting children in school, managing behaviour, and motivating students in class. A valid clear DBS check or willingness to submit one is also required. Having your own transport is desirable but not essential.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students. We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per year, depending on experience.
