Company Overview
Farnborough-based Primary school seeks a dedicated Special Needs Teaching Assistant to support children aged 4-11 with mild to severe learning difficulties. As part of the Academics Ltd team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with other professionals, gaining relevant experience and expanding your skillset.

Salary and Benefits
£85 per day, paid term-time only. On-site training, support and CPD are provided to ensure safeguarding of all students. A comprehensive Enhanced DBS check is required for this role.

Job Description
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be instrumental in providing consistency and equipping children with tools to feel safe, secure, empowered and succeed in life. Your responsibilities include assisting the class teacher, behaviour and pastoral support, building effective relationships with students and ensuring safeguarding.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Candidates must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be a good listener and willing to work 1:1 and in small groups with students. Ability to commute to Farnborough is essential. You must have the right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.

Benefits
