Pandora Supervisor Role

As a Sales Floor Manager at Pandora A/S, you will oversee the running of our busy sales floor and motivate the team to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service. With prior experience in leading brands and consumer product retailing preferred, an ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales and profitability in store.

  • Monitor and maintain high sales performance by using effective selling skills, focusing on up-selling, UPT, ATV and productivity
  • Act as key holder for the store and ensure smooth store opening/closure procedures
  • Operate the till system, handle financial transactions, and assist with administrative duties

The estimated salary for this role is around £15-18 per hour based on job requirements and location.
