To be considered for this position, you must be a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse with an active NMC registration.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the Nursing team with clarity and efficiency, ensuring optimal patient care.
  2. Mentor and support student nurses and colleagues, promoting professional growth.
  3. Foster a culture of continuous professional development, equipping the team with the latest knowledge and skills.
  4. Demonstrate experience as a supervisor in a healthcare setting.
  5. Showcase ability to coordinate care, prioritize tasks, and manage health and safety issues.
  6. Exhibit a strong desire for learning, development, and staying up-to-date with best practices.
  7. Possess a flexible, positive, and team-oriented approach to work.
Compensation Package:
  • A competitive salary of £44,374 per annum.
