We are seeking an experienced Forensic Psychology Lead to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading specialist clinical teams, providing Psychological Therapies for personality disorder/mental disorder/intellectual disability and complex trauma, and developing specialist psychological formulations and assessments of patients with complex presentations.

The salary for this role is £62,000 - £72,000 per annum DOE. We currently have permanent full time positions available.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead specialist clinical teams contributing to assessment and treatment of patients
  • Provide Psychological Therapies for with personality disorder/mental disorder/intellectual disability and complex trauma, developing specialist psychological formulations and assessments of patients with complex presentations
  • Administer and interpret assessments of cognitive and emotional functioning as required and assist the multi-disciplinary team in diagnosis, problem formulation and the planning/development of an appropriate treatment plan
Requirements
  • HCPC Registered Forensic Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist with Forensic experience
  • Experience of and/or an interest in rehabilitation and the recovery of patients in a forensic setting
  • Well developed skills in the ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, complex, highly technical and/or clinically sensitive information
