Railway Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Freight Train Conductor to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe transportation of goods across the country.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in rail operations and excellent communication skills. You will be working closely with our drivers to ensure that every passenger journey is the best it can be.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular safety inspections on trains and equipment.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of train movements and cargo.
Requirements:
- Qualified Train Driver with at least three years of experience.
- Three-year clean safety record.
- Residence within 40 minutes of the chosen Kent/East Sussex depot or 20 minutes by public transport from London Victoria or London Charing Cross depots.
The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
