Our client has a very good staff retention rate and you will be joining the Bognor Branch, which is a friendly and energetic office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Demonstrating excellent knowledge of the local property market
* Providing exemplary customer service
* Building rapport and being a key client contact through the entire sales process
* Progressing Sales from start to finish
* Further boosting business portfolios
* Achieving/exceeding KPI's
* Being a key part of the team, with excellent communication
* Showing clients around new properties
* Negotiating the sale of properties
* Operating from the office and local area
* Liaising with customers both in person and over the phone
* Reporting to the managers

* Up to £28,000 - DOE
