Job Summary

We are seeking an empathetic and results-driven individual to lead our customer service team as a Customer Service Team Supervisor. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing customer service strategies, aiming to exceed guest expectations
  • Coaching and mentoring team members, focusing on personal and professional growth
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, using data to inform customer service initiatives
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer complaints and concerns

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in hospitality, preferably in a supervisory or coaching role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues
  • Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices

What We Offer
