Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Regional Recruitment Services in Leicester. As a key member of our Commercial division, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic sales initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will be a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

About the Role:

  • Chase non-traders and identify new business accounts
  • Sell branch promotions over the phone
  • Deal with customer inquiries
  • Work as part of a tightly-knit branch team to achieve high standards of business excellence

Requirements:

  • Hardworking and ambitious
  • Able to sell products and services effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer care skills (face-to-face and via the telephone)
  • Able to build and sustain professional relationships
  • A valid UK driving license

Salary Information:

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and career progression opportunities.
