About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Solicitor to join our expanding team as a Fee-Share Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to thrive in a flexible and rewarding environment, working on a diverse range of cases and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to provide strategic advice to clients.
  • Manage a portfolio of cases, handling complex and high-profile matters with expertise and professionalism.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our firm, identifying opportunities for business development and expansion.
Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A strong client following or commitment to building your client portfolio.
  • Demonstrated expertise in your practice area, with a proven track record of successful case management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
