Compliance and Contracts Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Compliance and Contracts Manager to join our team at LiveWest Careers. This role offers the chance to work closely with contractors, ensuring they meet contractual requirements and deliver high-quality results.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders, and possess a deep understanding of contractual agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure all contractors are awarded works in line with their contractual agreements, achieving value for money on all orders placed.
- Ensure work is issued in line with contract terms and conditions, and all specifications are broken down to allow for accurate pricing on all orders.
- Monitor KPI performance through system data, contribute to regular review meetings with contractors, and validate that contracted works are delivered in line with the contract.
- Meet onsite with contractors to agree specifications, monitor work in progress, and carry out post-inspections on completed works.
Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
