About the Role:

The Music Market / Arts and Media Ltd is seeking a talented Junior Designer, Marketing to join their dynamic marketing division in London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating innovative graphic design marketing assets for live shows, TV productions, and other business areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative concepts to advance the marketing goals of high-profile accounts.
  • Create graphic design marketing assets from conception to execution.
  • Design advertising and promotional assets for live tours, TV productions, merchandise, and other key business areas.
  • Take responsibility for the roll-out of approved artwork for all campaign derivatives.
  • Pitch creative ideas to talent and talent managers.
  • Work collaboratively with talent to develop content for press and marketing campaigns.
  • Reversion artwork for multiple print and digital derivatives.
  • Assist with the creation of marketing decks for the global Sales/Distribution team.
  • Assist with the production of promotional video content, including ideation, editing, and optimization for social media.
  • Occasionally assist with the planning and production of video shoots with talent alongside the Creative team.
  • Edit promotional videos occasionally.

Requirements:

  • Creative skills for developing concepts for campaigns.
  • Up-to-date awareness of existing trends in advertising and graphic design.
  • Graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite and relevant graphic design software.
  • Genuine enthusiasm about comedy, arts, and live entertainment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident presentation skills when pitching ideas to talent or talent managers.
  • Able to remain open to ideas and maintain a clear creative vision.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Filmmaking and video editing experience.
  • Experience working with Premiere Pro video software is desirable.
