Marketing Designer Role at THE MUSIC MARKET

We are seeking a talented Marketing Designer to join our dynamic marketing division in central London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating innovative graphic design marketing assets that drive our marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Concept Development: Employ your creativity to advance the marketing goals of our high-profile accounts.
  2. Graphic Design: Create marketing assets for live shows and TV productions, from conception to execution.
  3. Key Art Concepts: Develop key art concepts, designing advertising and promotional assets for live tours and shows, TV productions, merchandise, and other key business areas.
  4. Pitching and Collaboration: Pitch creative ideas to talent and talent managers, and work collaboratively with talent to develop content for press and marketing campaigns.
  5. Asset Reversioning: Reversion approved artwork for multiple print and digital derivatives.
  6. Marketing Decks: Assist with the creation of marketing decks for the global Sales/Distribution team.
  7. Video Content: Assist with the production of promotional video content, including ideation, editing, and optimizing for socials as required.
  8. Video Shoots: Assist occasionally with the planning and production of video shoots with talent alongside the Creative team.
  9. Video Editing: Edit promotional videos occasionally.
Requirements:
  1. Creative Skills: Creative skills for the development of concepts for campaigns.
  2. Industry Awareness: Up-to-date awareness of existing trends in advertising and graphic design.
  3. Graphic Design Skills: Graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite and relevant graphic design software.
  4. Presentation Skills: Confident presentation skills when pitching ideas to talent or talent managers.
  5. Open-Mindedness: Able to remain open to ideas and maintain a clear creative vision.
  6. Filmmaking Experience: Filmmaking and video editing experience.
  7. Video Software: Experience working with Premiere Pro video software is desirable.
