About the Role:

The Music Market is seeking a talented Junior Designer to join our dynamic marketing division in London. As a Junior Designer, you will play a key role in advancing the marketing goals of our high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Concept Development: Employ your creativity to develop innovative marketing concepts that drive results for our clients.
  2. Graphic Design: Create high-quality graphic design marketing assets for live shows, TV productions, and other key business areas.
  3. Key Art Concepts: Develop key art concepts, design advertising and promotional assets, and collaborate with talent to develop content for press and marketing campaigns.
  4. Pitching and Presentation: Pitch creative ideas to talent and talent managers, and present your work with confidence.
  5. Content Creation: Work collaboratively with talent to develop content for press and marketing campaigns.
  6. Asset Reversioning: Reversion approved artwork for multiple print and digital derivatives.
  7. Marketing Decks: Assist with the creation of marketing decks for the global Sales/Distribution team.
  8. Video Content: Assist with the production of promotional video content, including ideation, editing, and optimizing for social media as required.
  9. Video Shoots: Assist occasionally with the planning and production of video shoots with talent alongside the Creative team.
  10. Video Editing: Edit promotional videos occasionally.

Requirements:

  1. Creative Skills: Possess creative skills for the development of concepts for campaigns.
  2. Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with existing trends in advertising and graphic design.
  3. Graphic Design Skills: Proficient in graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite and relevant graphic design software.
  4. Presentation Skills: Confident presentation skills when pitching ideas to talent or talent managers.
  5. Creativity and Vision: Able to remain open to ideas and maintain a clear creative vision.
  6. Filmmaking Experience: Filmmaking and video editing experience.
  7. Video Software: Experience working with Premiere Pro video software is desirable.
