Job Overview:

Ultra Electronics Group is a global leader in Defence engineering solutions. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Defence Engineering Lead to join our In-Service Support team. As a Defence Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for managing the support elements of the programme, ensuring our products are supportable and supported, worldwide.

You will have exposure to ground-breaking technologies and systems, and will work towards Chartership with your chosen institution. You will manage and monitor system performance, conducting root cause analysis of faults and seeking opportunities to improve in-service delivery performance.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree or higher diploma in Management, Asset Management, Logistics, Science, Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines. Significant experience in Defence engineering and/or Logistics and/or as a senior engineer throughout the Integration, Test, and In-Service phase of the lifecycle is also essential. A background working with maritime equipment would be beneficial.
