Job Role and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic colleague to work alongside our Senior Leadership Team.
As a Director of Student Support, you will deliver operational and strategic aspects of the Designated Teacher role and Designated Safeguarding Lead.
You will oversee and lead the support offered to vulnerable students and those failing to engage with education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver operational and strategic aspects of the Designated Teacher role and Designated Safeguarding Lead
- Oversee and lead the support offered to vulnerable students
- Work with the Senior Leadership Team to drive pupil progress and wellbeing
- Develop and implement effective support strategies for students
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to student support
