Job Title: Key Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager at SIG plc, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction in the roofing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain account plans for designated key accounts to expand product offerings and secure new opportunities.
  • Interface with branch and hub staff to ensure high-quality end-to-end service for customers.
  • Support regional and divisional performance by providing customer insights and input into strategic forums.
  • Maintain clear records of client interactions using SIG E systems.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in business-to-business sales within the construction industry, preferably in the roofing market.
  • Proven track record of achieving budgets and targets.
  • Strong customer focus and in-depth understanding of operations and sales processes.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Good listener with a high level of motivation to deliver results.
  • Personally well-organized with structured problem-solving and decision-making ability.
  • IT literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with web-based CRM systems is desirable.
