Regional People Consultant

Our people are at the heart of what we do. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering the best people, who are the right fit for our clients, at the right time across our entire portfolio.
We're the people lynchpin, often the emergency resource to keep the business moving. As the account owner, you'll oversee a variety of contracts, supporting the attraction of candidates and matching them to suitable positions based on their skills and personality.
Your role within the team is multi-faceted, and your ability to multitask will be crucial. Our Consultants possess a range of skills, including negotiation, patience, empathy, and time management, as well as sound judgment, communication, and aptitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multi-venue, site account relationships, building long-term connections and mapping staffing requirements in line with venue timeframes.
- Oversee the resourcing of candidates using team resources, assigning the correct people to the correct roles based on skill sets and soft skills, within the timeframes set by client requirements.
- Ensure overall accountability for delivering quantities and qualities.
- Support check-ins and check-outs as agreed, coordinating feedback with the accounts you oversee.
- Employ recruiting methods alongside the resource team to support attracting candidates through job advertising.
- Evaluate CVs and applications when needed, supporting the delivery of online assessments and training as required.
- Chase client timesheets to meet deadlines and support the payroll and admin assistants where necessary.
- Follow all procedures outlined in terms of candidate admin and booking systems.
- Ensure adherence to all legalities involved in recruitment.
- Ensure a smooth handover of clients when out of the business.
Person Specification:
We're looking for a team member who:
- Has experience working in temporary recruitment account management.
- Is passionate about catering and hospitality, ideally with skills gained in this sector.
- Is customer-focused and willing to go the extra mile for our client sites.
- Can develop strong business relationships with sites and external agency suppliers.
- Can converse openly with a variety of different people across the business.
- Can effectively work with the wider business to manage issues that may arise at their assigned sites.
- Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and must be able to pick up the phone and converse.
- Has experience of a temporary workforce management system.
This role involves a 5 out of 7 day working week, with occasional weekend working and on-site responsibilities depending on account management and occasional out-of-hours work to fit around the needs of the business.
