Regional People Consultant

Constellation Careers is seeking a skilled Regional People Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional staffing solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple venue and site accounts, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Fulfill staffing requirements in line with venue needs, ensuring seamless delivery of staff.
  • Understand client requirements and develop in-depth knowledge of venues to provide tailored solutions.
  • Build relationships with on-site clients, direct staff, and external suppliers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Source candidates using our in-house database and assign suitable staff to roles based on skill sets and soft skills.
  • Support the resourcing team in attracting candidates and matching them to appropriate positions.
  • Oversee the delivery of staff quantities and qualities, ensuring high standards are met.
  • Evaluate CVs and applications as needed, supporting online assessments and training.
  • Support onsite at large events, ensuring staff are signed in and out, and venues are staffed appropriately.
  • Compile staff feedback and liaise with recruitment agencies to supply staff to venues.
  • Chase client timesheets to meet deadlines and support payroll and admin assistants.

About You:

  • Minimum 4 years operational experience in a 5-star establishment.
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and competent in Microsoft packages.
