Join us at Wiltshire Council as a Homecare Support Provider and make a real difference in people's lives. As a member of our team, you will provide homecare support services for individuals recently discharged from the hospital or under the care of the Rapid Response Service.

Your role will include promoting independence, preventing, reducing, and delaying the necessity for long-term care. You will work closely with a dedicated team to provide high-quality services that meet the needs of our community.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in community care while making a real difference in people's lives. The successful candidate will receive a welcome payment of £1,300 (subject to tax and NI) for their integral role in reducing flow pressure on hospitals.

Requirements:

  • A Care Certificate or equivalent skills and experience
  • Previous experience of providing care and support to the elderly and/or people with a learning disability
  • Basic knowledge of safeguarding and regulations relevant to community care

Benefits:

Salary: £23,893 - £24,702 pro rata (Plus 10% unsocial hours for qualifying shifts)

Hours per week: 27 hours
